Privacy Policy

TalentBridge HR (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a recruitment agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the recruitment services we provide through it.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways.

Information you give us directly, such as when you create an account, complete your profile, upload a CV, or send us a message:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your location and nationality
• Professional details — job title, years of experience, industry, skills, and LinkedIn profile
• Your CV or résumé, and anything contained within it
• The content of any enquiry you send us

Information collected automatically when you browse the site, such as basic technical and usage data (for example your browser type and the pages you visit). We use this to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To match you with roles and share your profile with prospective employers, with your knowledge
• To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about opportunities
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information with prospective employers and clients as part of providing recruitment services — this is the core of what we do, and it is why you would submit a profile or CV to us. We also use trusted third-party service providers to run the site and store data on our behalf (for example, our hosting and database providers). They process data only as needed to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law. Profiles submitted through our technology professional registration page are handled differently — see “Technology professional profile registration” below.

How we store and protect it

Your account data and any CV you upload are stored using established third-party infrastructure providers. CVs are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide our services, and afterwards where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Technology professional profile registration

TalentBridge HR is responsible for the profiles collected through our technology professional registration page. We use your contact details, professional experience and optional CV to review your profile and contact you about TalentBridge HR's own hiring in the UAE. Registration is not an application for a confirmed vacancy or a guarantee of employment. Please leave out identity documents, bank details, and confidential information about other people or clients.

These campaign records and CVs are held in a private Supabase database and storage in Sydney, Australia. We review them for TalentBridge HR's own UAE hiring. We do not share these campaign profiles with separate recruitment clients or employers without telling you and obtaining any consent required. Our hosting and database providers also process information to operate the service. This can involve handling your information outside your country of residence, including Australia and the UAE, with your consent. Profiles and CVs are not published.

Campaign profiles and CVs become due for deletion six calendar months after receipt, and are normally removed within 24 hours of becoming due. A recurring cleanup process removes due records and files; its runs can be delayed. You can request earlier deletion or a correction at info@talentbridgehr.co. You can also withdraw your consent at any time at that address; we will stop reviewing your profile and delete it. Infrastructure backups, where enabled, follow the provider’s separate backup retention period. Optional advertising tracking is a separate choice and does not affect whether your profile is reviewed.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update most of your profile information yourself from your dashboard at any time. You may also contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage where they are needed for the site to function — for example, to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may stop parts of the site from working properly.

Only if you accept optional tracking, we also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising. They stay off until you accept, your choice does not affect how the site or its forms work, and you can change it at any time using “Privacy choices” in the site footer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Please check back periodically.
