- The content of any enquiry you send us
Information collected automatically when you browse the site, such as basic technical and usage data (for example your browser type and the pages you visit). We use this to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your information with prospective employers and clients as part of providing recruitment services — this is the core of what we do, and it is why you would submit a profile or CV to us. We also use trusted third-party service providers to run the site and store data on our behalf (for example, our hosting and database providers). They process data only as needed to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
How we store and protect it
Your account data and any CV you upload are stored using established third-party infrastructure providers. CVs are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide our services, and afterwards where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update most of your profile information yourself from your dashboard at any time. You may also contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
